NAR-SAAH, in co-sponsorship with the Detroit Housing Commission, is pleased to announce the 2010 National Conference to be held in Detroit, Michigan. The theme of the conference is “Against the Odds: Services to Families Come First.”  The conference will be held September 22 – 25, 2010 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.

Conference registration is $350.00 and hotel lodging is $132.00 per/night. Planning is underway to provide workshops, certification training for Service Coordinators, educational tours, networking events, a health expo, demonstration of state of the arts mobility equipment for disabled persons, resident forum, awards gala and other empowerment activities.

Payment for conference and hotel registration can be completed on the NAR-SAAH website after February 1, 2010.

Recommendations and suggestions are welcomed and should be submitted in writing to NARSAAH.com, Attention: National Conference Planning Committee. Co-Chairpersons of the conference are Eugene Jones, Executive Director of the Detroit Housing Commission and Samuel B. Little, President of NAR-SAAH.
